Ernie R. da Jose is the founder of JosephSon & Partners
Incorporated. After 25+  years of management experience
in corporate America, he chose to dedicate his skills and
experience in reaching out to families and church groups  
through affordable retreat and personal development
programs.   He is a B.A. English graduate of Maryhurst
Seminary where he was preparing to become a missionary
priest and later studied aerospace engineering at Northrop
University. His commitment to being an instrument in God's
ministry is his passion.  He served on the board of the
Riverside/San Bernardino YMCA for 6 years.
Fr. Jim Mott, OSA,  former West Coast Provincial for the
Augustinian missionaries, he is currently serving as the
Senior Pastor of Mother of Good Counsel Parish in Los
Angeles, California.  After joining the Augustinians in 1958
and graduating in 1962 from Villanova University, he was
ordained priest in 1965 and earned an MA in religious
studies in 1966.  He taught high school for 6 years, was a
senior pastor for 8 years, hospital chaplain for 4 years,
was in administration for 12 years, and served in the
national conference for religious men for 2 years.
Dr. Bill Weber has been the pastor of small, medium and
large churches. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from
Wheaton College, the Master of Divinity from Northern
Seminary, a doctorate from Midwestern Seminary, and did
postgraduate work at Yale Divinity School. Encouraging
spiritual growth, and building strong marriages and families
have always been a priority in his ministry. Bill and his wife
Marilynn are best selling authors and popular speakers
and retreat leaders.
Robert Noble is the CEO and President of Home Search
& Finance Corporation, a real estate agency and
Mortgage services company in Los Angeles, CA.   
Previously, he worked as a controller for Damar
Corporation, a real estate information services.  He
received his bachelor of science in Accounting from Xavier
University, Philippines. and obtained his executive MBA  
from Loyola Marymount University..

Don DePamphilis: currently a professor of MBA program
and clinical professor of finance and information systems  
at Loyola Marymount University,  his educational
background and work experience include: Ph.D. in
Economics and teaching fellow at  Harvard University;  
visiting professor of finance at Shanhai Jiao Tong
University, China; Vice President of Electronic Commerce
at Experian. He is also an accomplished author and has
published a number of books in addition to being a finance
book reviewer for Wiley & Sons Publishing.  

Julia Claret: currently professor of Language Arts
Division, ESL department at Chafey College, she received
her MPH, School of Mental Health at Harvard University,
MS.Ed., Education at Cal State University, Fullerton,  
MSW, Social Welfare, UC Berkeley, and BA Liberal Arts,
University of Pennsylvania.  She was a TEFL teacher
trainer in Vietnam and has extensive ESL international
teaching experience in various countries including Japan
and China.  She is author of many books and publications.
Monica Martins:  a Carmelite nun for 20 years, Founder
and President of Commonwealth for Common Good.
Having dedicated her life as a Carmelite, she now serves
as spiritual guide and mentor for many through her
foundation spiritual enterprises.

Monica is also a poet, singer/song writer. She recently
co-authored a book "Dare to be authentic". She is a
retreat guide and shares her passion for the pursuit of
perfection and sanctity with those she serves.
